The most amazing 10days with the kindest staff, amazing food and beautiful hotel!

+ The villa is incredible and the restaurant and pool is fabulous. All staff were fantastic and so helpful and friendly. The hotel is exception with grounds maintenance and mosquito prevention daily!

Horror, 3 x Baustellen im Hotel und auf den direkten Nachbargrundstücken, wir kamen nicht zur Ruhe

− Ich kann das Hotel aktuell nicht empfehlen, aktuell ist dort den ganzen Tag Baulärm 7:00 - 17:00 jeden Tag sogar am Wochenende (3 Baustellen, im Hotel, 2 direkt auf den Nachbargrundstücken auf jeder angrenzenden Seite, das wird noch länger gehen, der Bau waren erst am Anfang), beim Schlafen, beim Frühstück, am Pool. Unsere 6 Tage waren schrecklich, kaum erholsam, der Horror, die Buchungen wurden nicht storniert, haben das Zimmer erst nach mehrmaligen Bitten wechseln können, da war es auch nicht besser. Das Hotelgelände ist ja klein. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir nie gebucht. Es gab aber nirgendwo einen Hinweis.

+ Die Nomad Villas waren super großzügig und bieten alles um dort zu entspannen.

− We stayed for 4 nights, and it was the worst experience I’ve had in Bali and I’ve been 15 times over the years, staying in hundreds of places. • Arrival & pool access: On Saturday at 2pm our room was still not ready. We were told to wait by the pool, but there were no seats available because of outside guests. A DJ played all day, which was fine, but the music outside continued until 3am, leaving us with no sleep. This lack of pool access for paying guests was a constant issue. • Adults‑only policy ignored: Despite being advertised as adults‑only, there were children at the pool, including a family with a pram on two days. • Noise problems: On other nights, loud music seemed to come from directly above our room, with furniture being moved around late at night on the roof until early hours of the morning. • Illness & environment: I became sick on the first day, likely from the welcome drink. Being stuck in a mosquito‑filled room with blaring music outside was miserable, and I couldn’t use the pool even if I wanted to. • Room issues: No curtains were installed until I requested them on the second night, bright lights shone into the room, and toilet paper was never replenished during service. • Poor communication: We were not informed about breakfast or the spa, so we missed breakfast two days in a row. My booking included 20% off food and drinks and a free massage, but neither was explained or provided. When I did order breakfast we didn’t get any fruit or breads which is the only part I wanted and they assured me they would come and never did. • Staff difficulties: Aside from one helpful receptionist, staff struggled with English, making it very hard to resolve issues such as the lack of hot water (reported on day one). We were told to use WhatsApp instead. • Laundry service: Our laundry was chaotic two days in a row, with no clear communication about when it would be returned.

+ I had a great stay, i enjoyed it that much that I extended for another 4days. Amazing staff couldn’t do enough for me, the hotel provided an excellent inclusive breakfast. The location is very convenient in walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach. House cleaning is very efficient and hard working. My room was always well cleaned and presented.

− I could say one thing I didn’t like.

− 基本全くないんですが、あえて挙げるなら ・シャワーヘッドが古いのか、水が色んな方向に出てしまうので、変えてほしい ・全身の姿見がほしかった の２つだけです。
