Schönes Hotel mit hervorragenden öffentlichen Rauemen aber leider nur mittelmäßigen Zimmer
+ Bar und Restaurant sind hervorragend
− Das Zimmer war nicht renoviert, Badezimmer hatte keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne in der man duschen musste

Great location, perfect service, beautiful communial spaces but bedrooms need an upgrade
+ Communal areas were superb (bar, restaurant etc), service was impeccable and we could not fault it. The location was also excellent directly opposite the Cathedral-the flip side was a lot of late night noise from party goers near the hotel, but that’s to be expected.
− The room was tired. Whilst it was spacious it felt fairly dated, the bathroom in particular. The shower over the bath was not easy to access and water poured down the outside of the bath when in use. Some grout was clearly old, not dirty as such but a bit darkened and mouldy. The furniture in the rooms could also do with an upgrade. I appreciate the old grandeur vibe, which is what the whole hotel exudes and as I said the communal spaces had this in a positive way. Sadly not the room so much.
