A Perfect, Peaceful Getaway at Alila Diwa!

+ I recently enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay at Alila Diwa, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the resort offered a perfectly calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the ideal escape. The property itself is gorgeous, and the pool is simply amazing—a phenomenal spot to just unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. A massive shoutout to Jessica at the Diwa Club front office, who went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly special. She was exceptionally welcoming, happily answered all our questions, and even organized a beautiful cake for my girlfriend's birthday, which was such a wonderful surprise! As a Hyatt Explorist, I also really appreciated her help in smoothly arranging a late checkout for us, which made our departure entirely stress-free. The culinary experience was another major highlight of the trip. The 7 AM to 7 PM all-day breakfast at the Bistro is an absolute game-changer, and the evening sundowners were the perfect way to transition into the night. I want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team at the Bistro for their consistently warm, attentive, and smiling service. We also made sure to dine at their Spice restaurant, and the Goan food was absolutely out of this world—authentic, flavorful, and a must-try. If you are looking for top-notch hospitality, incredible food, and a beautiful, quiet environment, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Best luxury stay in South Goa

+ Hands down the best property in south goa , I wanto give a shoutout to our housekeeping staff - Bharat , he was the best I have EVER seen in this industry. Also , Brianna and Velecia were the one who handled our check in , their gestures for making sure I had a pleasant start to our special trip was COMMENDABLE. I think Alila Diwa really does care about the experience of their guests.

Almost perfect stay

+ My second visit in 2 years and it’s a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and feeling healthy. Extensive buffet breakfast, easy to walk to the beach, comfortable large room, and the best outdoor pool in Goa. Most of the staff are helpful, with only a few exceptions.

− The gate/ security staff: problems when I stayed in 2024 and actually ruder this time. It’s a shame as the front desks, restaurant staff, house-keeping and the fantastic pool staff, especially Collin, are wonderful. But security and gate staff are rude, unhelpful and, on departure, unpleasant. Many cars, both private and taxis, are waved in to the compound (local connections?) but when my car arrived, they refused to let it in even though the front desk had cleared it. Sadly, I’d fallen ill in my last 2 days, but security demanded I carry my luggage through the monsoon downpour and deep puddles outside the gate. Knowing I’d get soaked and even more ill, I refused. Finally, when front office again cleared it, they grumpily agreed. Horrible way to leave Goa: ill, wet, and unwelcome.

Memorable and fabulous experience. Looking forward to going back.

+ The Hyatt is the brand can trust anytime - keeping up the standards The whole ambience of the hotel was excellent with a large swimming pool and amenities wide variety of restaurants with authentic Indian and western cuisines included and traditional Malabar and goan cuisine served at spice studio speciality restaurant
