Absolutely exceptional hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

+ Some of the best service we have ever experienced. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special mention to Haitham, who was fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. We can’t sing his praises enough. Mohammed around the Infinity Pool was brilliant, constantly keeping us topped up with drinks and always having a laugh with us. The team at Le CouCou were amazing too, making us delicious cocktails every evening and keeping us entertained. Hassan at Pomodoro Restaurant provided exceptional service, and even the lifeguards were fantastic, helping with loungers and keeping our sunglasses clean. Everyone was so welcoming, including the shopkeeper and the excursion rep from Egypt International, who always stopped to say hello. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and packed with great amenities, with exceptional food and plenty of choice. A couple of slight negatives were the cocktail making class with the entertainment team. Unfortunately, we were only made one cocktail to drink, so it felt more like a cocktail tasting class rather than making any cocktails. We would have loved the opportunity to make a few different cocktails ourselves. We were also really looking forward to the music quiz one evening and expected it to be something everyone could get involved in. Unfortunately, it was more of a music game show with selected guests on stage and no audience participation. We would have preferred a traditional quiz where everyone could join in. Aside from that, we absolutely loved our stay and cannot thank the staff enough for making our holiday so special. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

+ I stayed at this hotel in June with my daughter, and we had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The pool and the beach were great, but what made our stay really special were the people who work there. The whole team was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the waiters and the entire restaurant staff. With such a large number of guests, their work is certainly not easy. It is a real challenge, but you can see how hard-working, dedicated, and patient they are. Despite being so busy, they always try their best to make the guests feel comfortable and welcome. I truly appreciate their hard work and the effort they put in every single day. I would also like to give a very special thank you to the lifeguard who helped me when I unfortunately tripped while going down towards the pool. He immediately came to help me and provided first aid. He was incredibly kind, caring, calm, and professional. He was always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. His help and concern meant a lot to me, and I am truly grateful to him. I would like to emphasize that a hotel is not only about a beautiful place, a pool, or a beach. It is also about the people who work there every day and make it possible for guests to relax and enjoy their holidays. I understand that with such a large number of guests, it is impossible for everything to be perfect all the time. What matters to me is seeing how much effort and hard work the entire team puts into taking care of their guests. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the whole team for your hard work, kindness, patience, smiles, and help. It truly does not go unnoticed. We felt very welcome and well taken care of, and I sincerely hope to come back again in the future. ❤️

Exceptional hospitality

+ Had such an amazing stay and have no complaints whatsoever. The food and service here has been exceptional with shoutouts to Haitham for his brilliant hospitality and service across the restaurants, Mohammed at the infinity pool for his service taking and running drinks orders around the pool in such heat!!! and the barmen at cafe de paris for there exceptional service and cocktails.
