Perfect resort

+ Absolutely incredible resort, the best one we have ever stayed in. We only have positive things to say: The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with an amazing bathroom and spacious balcony. The location is even more beautiful than the pictures, Le Morne is one of the most stunning parts of the island and the sunsets on the beach were super special. Great variety of activities, including workout classes, tennis, and plenty of water activities. All of the restaurants we tried, as well as breakfast, served delicious food and there was plenty to choose from. The staff is the real highlight of the hotel - the consistently high level of service provided by all staff members is unmatched by any other place we have been to. We received incredibly kind, attentive, and personalized service from every single staff member, from the butler service, reception, restaurants, cleaning and many more. It was the perfect choice to celebrate our honeymoon and we hope to be able to return soon!

Très bel endroit et personnel accueillant

+ la chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée et avec vue sur l'océan, le buffet petit-déjeuner était copieux et bien fourni, très belle expérience avec le repas teppanyaki dans un des restaurants de l'établissement.

− Il y a eu un soir des larves dans la chambre qui venaient des canalisations mais ça se répandait partout. Le service en chambre est venu mettre du produit mais dans un établissement de ce standing, c'est dommage de subir ça.

10/10 highly reccomend for a honeymoon. You won’t be disappointed

+ Loved absolutely everything about this hotel! Great staff, incredible location, all the different restaurants are amazing. Rooms and facilities are brilliant. Definitely a 5 star hotel and well worth the money. We loved it so much we cancelled another hotel we had booked in a different part of the country so that we could stay for longer. Highly recommend for a honeymoon

− There was some civil unrest in Mauritius whilst we were staying, which I would have liked the hotel to inform us about as it affected a boat trip on one of the days and also a government curfew was announced, we spoke to the concierge and duty manager and provided some feedback about the lack of comms on this and they quickly took this lm baked and put up a sign to inform guests.

+ - staff generally quite friendly. - beautiful location.

− - no coke zero for our whole stay. Incredible to believe when you pay close to 1000e a night. - some things like not including the mini bar with how much you pay are just very pool details from the hotel. - room service is disgusting especially for the money you pay. Very low tier. - walking around the resort and snorkeling is dangerous as there’s buggies and boats around you. - the main part of the complex is very far from the rooms. - we told the hotel we were there on a very especial occasion and no simple detail like a welcome card was given. - my car was parked outside of the complex during my stay. Amazing to see that. - very poor cheap coffee served during breakfast. - how can you charge 27euros for aperol spritz or 7euros for a coke. It’s insane. In general, it’s not worth what you pay, AT ALL. Wouldn’t go back.
