Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from 15th January 2026 to 15th March 2026, and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please note that outside food, beverages and shisha are not permitted into the hotel. A maximum of 2 children below 6 years old OR 1 child below 12 years can be accompanied by the parents. Please note that a maximum of 1 extra bed can be added in the Deluxe room with a king bed only and is subject to a 60++ JOD. Kids below 6 years stay & eat free, kids between 6 – 12 years pay 50% of the adults' meals supplement ( paid at the hotel ). For all prepaid bookings, the original credit card used should be presented upon check-in, where a charge has been made. Please note that the spa is not open yet; however, guests can book a massage in the temporary treatment rooms. Guests can enjoy the beach without any additional cost. An extra bed is included only if the reservation is for 3 adults. Children may share the room with their parents in available bedding (up to 2 kids below 6 years old or one child 6-12 years old). In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake in the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake in the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. − Séjour globalement décevant par rapport au tarif pratiqué (environ 200$/nuit), principalement à cause du bruit. Les trois piscines de l'hôtel diffusent une musique assez forte, sans réelle zone calme pour se détendre. Le restaurant est également concerné, avec une sonorisation un peu trop présente en soirée. L'ambiance est aussi assez animée en journée, avec beaucoup d'enfants et une atmosphère plutôt familiale, plus proche d'un hôtel club que d'un établissement calme. Cela peut surprendre pour ce standing. À noter : l'hôtel est venu spontanément vers nous pour comprendre notre ressenti, et nous a offert un massage qui s'est très bien passé. Ronnie, qui s'en est occupé, a été adorable. Le service est vraiment de très bonne qualité, rien à redire de ce côté-là. Un hôtel à l'ambiance animée et familiale, donc à réserver en connaissance de cause si vous recherchez surtout du calme. En revanche, l'équipe est très à l'écoute et le service est un vrai point fort.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa. The entire team was incredibly caring, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the staff who immediately took care of my daughter when she felt dizzy by the pool — even the duty manager came personally to check on her. Special thanks to alaa, the manager, for his outstanding personal attention and kindness, and to Bashar at the family pool for his excellent, friendly service. The food was also excellent — fresh, clean, delicious, and of very high quality. Amazing service, great food, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and making us feel truly cared for!
