+ This hotel is simply magnificent! We moved here from the Stamba Hotel, which was dreadful, and I honestly cannot recommend Stamba at all. Swissôtel, on the other hand, is a brand-new, delightful property offering a proper, classic hotel experience. Everything was top-notch: spacious rooms, an exceptionally comfortable bed, great lighting, and a deeply professional staff. The spa is simply beyond praise! Its location is also fantastic, making it very easy to walk around and explore the city. It was my birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised me with a wonderful gift — a bottle of champagne and a gorgeous, delicious cake. I am so grateful for such thoughtful attention. A solid 10 out of 10! I 100% recommend this hotel both for special occasions and for a wonderful getaway.

Serious Security Incident and Disappointing Hotel Response
− We were a regular visitors in this hotel , but not anymore. During my stay at Swissôtel Tbilisi, an unknown person used my room key card to unlock and open my occupied room at approximately 11 PM, without knocking or permission. I was alone and had no idea who this person was or what his intentions were. The experience was extremely frightening and caused me severe emotional distress. Although hotel security reviewed the CCTV footage, I was never provided with the recording or a clear explanation of how to obtain it. Even more disturbingly, a security employee stated that he had wanted to take the individual into an elevator without cameras to use physical violence against him. I subsequently sent a formal request to preserve the evidence, but received no response as of October 19. I expected much higher standards of safety, professionalism, and guest care from a five-star hotel. Extremely disappointing.
