+ Kamer is ruim en locatie is goed. Personeel spreekt vrijwel geen Engels maar wel vriendelijk.
− Vooraf lastig omdat ze mij ergens buiten de stad wilde plaatsen, maar uiteindelijk is dat opgelost. In de kamer werkte de airco niet en ontbijt pas vanaf 10 uur.

+ A wonderful location, right next to the historic ruins. There are several nice spots nearby to grab a bite to eat. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and welcoming. They helped us with every request we had, printed a set of documents for me free of charge, and even didn’t charge us for the laundry. Very smily, extremely polite and welcoming
− Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. Our room wasn’t well maintained: the sofa was stained, the towels were worn out and clearly needed replacing, the windows were covered with fingerprints, and the floor was simply dirty. The shower drain was clogged, so the water wouldn’t drain properly and ended up flooding the entire bathroom floor. When we came down for breakfast, the café floor was covered with cigarette butts, and there was trash left in the corners, apparently from guests the night before. Many surfaces were sticky, and even the elevator was covered with old fingerprints. I understand that this is a budget hotel, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. However, I do think that basic cleanliness is something every hotel should provide, regardless of its price.
