Aphrodite Hills Rentals - Apartments

+ Everything was great! Ideal for relaxing holidays! Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, ideal for a 4 membered family! Enjoyed the facilities, sports and a range of restaurants! We will come back for sure!

+ המקום ממש מיוחד ומהמם, יחס של הצוות ממש טוב! מדובר בדירות ממש גדולות, עם מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שרק חלמתם שצריך... הדירות ממוקמות באזור עם נוף מדהים בטירוף! יחסית היה נקי בחדרים והיו מאובזרים ממש טוב, חשבו על כל הפרטים הקטנים (אפילו מכונת כביסה)..... מלון מהמם ומיוחד ממש, ממליצה למי שמחפש להתנתק מהרעש של המרכז.

− נמצא מרוחק מהמרכז, הדירות ממש נקיות מצד אחד ומנגד לא כל כך מתוחזקות (הייתה לנו מנורה ראשית בסלון שרופה אז הוא היה יחסית חשוך ובנוסף חלק מהמרצפות היו ממש משוחררות ובחלקן שנו רובע שלא הספיק להתייבש מספיק כנראה וכל החדר היה עם מלא אבנים של הרובע שהתקלף והאבק).... בנוסף החדרים נמצאים מרחק גדול מהקבלה וחדר האוכל (צריך רכב) ואין ממש שירות חדרים (ביקשנו פעמיים מגבות נקיות ולא קיבלנו בכלל עד שעזבנו כבר - בגלל שהקבלה במרחק נסיעה ויתרנו פשוט). מעבר לזה הצוות ממש חמודים ביחס והכבוד, אם לא הקושי עם המרחק והקושי לתקשר עם הקבלה (חייבים טלפון עם שיחות, אין מענה בוואטסאפ וגם בטלפון לקח זמן רב עד שענו) .... הייתה יכולה להיות לנו חוויה מושלמת, הלוואי שישפרו את מתן השירות ויתקדמו טכנולוגיות בנושא אפילו ואולי בעתיד עוד נחזור.

Dissapointing and stressful

+ We loved Aphrodite Hills itself—it's a beautiful resort, and we'd happily stay there again. Next time, though, we'd book with a different rental company or stay at the hotel.

− We booked with this company for our wedding, arranging several apartments ourselves while other guests also booked independently. Unfortunately, the apartment intended for the bride and groom was the only one affected by a last-minute change, which wasn't communicated until check-in. By then, it was too late to reorganise our group despite having discussed the arrangements well in advance. We were given inconsistent information and repeatedly told that only a manager could resolve the issue, but no manager was available for two hours. With just two days until our wedding and only one suitable apartment remaining elsewhere in the resort, we couldn't risk waiting hours for an uncertain outcome, so we had to secure alternative accommodation at our own expense via a different rental company. It created unnecessary stress at what should have been an exciting time. What was most disappointing was how the issue was handled afterwards. Despite trying to resolve the matter directly with the rental company, we've ultimately had to escalate the dispute to our card provider. Based on our experience, I'd recommend considering one of the other accommodation providers at Aphrodite Hills instead.

Frustrating and poorly handled

+ Aphrodite Hills is a fantastic resort and we'd definitely return, but we wouldn't book through Aphrodite Hills Rentals - Apartments again. We'd choose another accommodation provider within the resort or stay at the hotel.

− We stayed at Aphrodite Hills as we were having our wedding nearby. We booked multiple apartments for ourselves, our family and friends. Unfortunately, the apartment allocated to the bride and groom was changed without any advance notice and we only found out at check-in, when it was too late to rearrange our group. We received inconsistent information, were repeatedly told we needed to wait for a manager, and no timely solution was offered. With our wedding just two days away and only one suitable apartment still available elsewhere in the resort (managed by a different rental company), we had no realistic option but to book it before it disappeared. The whole situation caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a special few days. The biggest disappointment was the lack of customer service afterwards. Despite making every effort to resolve the issue directly, we've ultimately had to escalate the dispute to our card provider as we would like to be refunded for the one apartment we did not stay in. Based on our experience, I'd encourage future guests to consider one of the other accommodation providers at Aphrodite Hills.
