Guests liked

• Very friendly, helpful reception staff (multiple mentions)
• Convenient for Banja Luka main bus station and parking options
• Clean public areas and praised breakfast buffet
• On-site café/restaurant and bar; tasty food
• Practical amenities: in-room A/C, fridge and EV charging available

Worth noting

• Rooms are dated in places (old carpets, worn furniture) and would benefit from renovation
• No elevator and some rooms face a busy road (traffic noise)
• Air-conditioning units described as noisy/old in some rooms
• Not served by the airport shuttle; ~30 min walk to some central spots for others
• Breakfast quality inconsistent for a few guests (selection/quality complaints)
