+ Amazing Property with the best hospitality ever. We stayed at the property for 3 nights in July 2026 and had an amazing experience. The rooms were so nicely done, the jacuzzi with an adjoining bar was extremely relaxing and is so unique to the property. During our entire stay, from the impeccable service to the warm hospitality, every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness. From the moment we arrived until the time we reluctantly checked out, every single interaction reflected genuine warmth, impeccable attention to detail, and an almost uncanny ability to anticipate what guests might need before they even asked. A special mention must go to Mr. Arpit Bhola, whose leadership is evident in every aspect of the hotel. He is the kind of hotelier who understands that true luxury isn’t just about beautiful rooms or elegant décor—it’s about making every guest feel genuinely valued. His eye for detail, personal involvement, customer-first attitude, and sincere care for every guest create an atmosphere that is both luxurious and incredibly welcoming. The entire team deserves equal praise. Every member of the staff greeted us with a smile, remembered our preferences, and went out of their way to ensure that nothing was too much trouble. That consistency doesn’t happen by accident—it reflects outstanding leadership. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and tastefully designed. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, unwinding in the jacuzzi, enjoying excellent food and cocktails, or simply soaking in the calm surroundings, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels across India, but what sets Storii by ITC, Shanti Morada apart is that it combines five-star facilities with something that cannot be manufactured—genuine hospitality. Excellent property with unforgettable hospitality experience

+ Absolutely mesmerizing property and a very memorable stay at Storii by ITC, Shanti Morada. All thanks to Mr. Arpit Bhola and his impeccable team, this was hospitality at a whole different level. We had gone with our two young kids (7 and 5) and they felt so safe and welcome that they would hangout in the pool by themselves which by the way is visible from all the rooms so you can keep an eye on them. The Jacuzzi is exceptionally relaxing and the cocktails served in the bar next to it makes you never want to come out. Lastly, the paintings and the antique pieces of furniture give you the vibe of staying at a royal palace and the staff makes sure you are treated like royalty. 100% recommended for having the best time in Goa.

+ It was a cozy place perfect for a weekend getaway with tourist places nearby

− The AC did not work. Complained twice and got no response. I even sent an email to ITC and never heard back from them. The AC was positioned away from the bed and even the fan was not overhead. We spoke in the middle of the night covered in sweat.
