Not worth money

+ I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised, and the overall condition of the hotel was below expectations. The service was poor, with staff showing little interest in resolving issues or making guests feel welcome. For the amount this hotel charges, I expected much better quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the cost, and I left feeling that I had wasted my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value. There are much better options available for the same price or even less.

A Very Pleasant Family Holiday

+ We had a great family holiday at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety every day. The only downside was check-in, as the reception staff didn’t give us much information about the hotel or activities. Thankfully, the guest relations team was very helpful and made everything much clearer for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

+ Разве что расположение - первая линия, правда при условии заселения в главный корпус. Корпус Теодоро в этом же отеле (который продается за те же деньги)- вторая линия через автодорогу

− Ужасное соотношение цена / качество. Ехали после Юстиниано Конти как в отель более высокого уровня среди отелей Юстиниано. Разочаровало приблизительно всё: - качество еды очень среднее; да и что есть зачастую испорчено - мясо будет пережарено или пересолено, а рыба высушена; - обман при заселении (общаясь с другими гостями отеля выяснилось, что это правило): как правило вас заселяют в четверку по соседству со ссылкой на переполнение отеля; заселят нормально после долгих скандалов и через пару дней; - уборка номеров редкая и в неудобное время; - анимация никакая; - импортный алкоголь есть только в одном баре и быстро заканчивается; - ну и главное: крайне расслабленный, ленивый и немотивированный персонал. Руководство недоступно, никого из начальства не видать, поэтому «мыши идут в пляс», и ленятся как могут. Ну или начинают жульничать и зарабатывать на вас, за счет вашего комфорта. Отдыхаем в Турции больше 20 лет, впервые встретили такой бардак. За такие деньги вы точно найдете что - то лучше.

+ The lunches were surprisingly good and offered a much better experience than breakfast and even dinners. The hotel has several swimming pools, good facilities for children, and various entertainment options throughout the property. Direct beach access with complimentary sunbeds was very convenient. The sauna was also enjoyable and well maintained.

− The staff seemed indifferent whenever issues were raised, giving the impression that guest concerns were not a priority. Although the hotel markets itself as family-friendly and many guests travel with children, there were only two high baby chairs available for the entire hotel, making it nearly impossible to get one at dinner. We requested a baby cot before arrival and received confirmation, but it was not available at check-in. Despite six visits to reception and repeated promises that it would arrive within 15 minutes, it was delivered only six hours later, forcing us to stay in the room waiting. Housekeeping was below expectations: towels were not consistently replaced, beds were poorly made, and the balcony was never cleaned. The duvet was provided without a proper cover. There is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms; internet access is only available in the reception area. Breakfast quality was disappointing. Omelets were cooked with excessive oil, toppings were often missing, and the cook was unable to identify some ingredients in English. Additionally, restaurant staff would sometimes clear dirty dishes and wipe tables, then immediately touch our infant's face, which we found inappropriate.
