Mini break with friends
+ Great location, fantastic bathroom, really comfy beds and so clean. Nice touch with the bottle of fizz on arrival and wine on leaving

Loved my stay and look forward to returning again!
+ First, the very friendly staff had my room ready even though I arrived early. Throughout my stay, the staff were very friendly and professional. The location is excellent to a majority of the Krakow attractions and with plenty of shopping and restaurants available. Housekeeping was excellent and my room was always clean. My view from the room overlooked the Main Square. I loved the in room jacuzzi bath and the wonderful shower. The breakfast was very good and offered hot cooked to order items. They set me up with a driver on my departure day to the airport in a Rolls Royce, which was a fitting end of my stay.

+ Loved the style of building and it was right on the square which is a fantastic location. It had great facilities, lovely breakfast, great room and very clean. The staff were brilliant and so helpful.
