Hotel spoilt by its surroundings and overcrowded resort

+ Hotel is clean small family run , with nice rooms, with balcony, The breakfast buffet is very limited and the hot breakfast items are awful and cold ,It has a small pool but relaxing recliners around pool as there is little space around it, unfortunately the hotel directly opposite the access lane serving the Hotel has loud music playing around its own pool all day long so is little to no quiet, also the Bar’s official opening time is at 17.00 to 23.00 hrs and is unattended most of time, so getting a drink during the day is mostly not possible, we took our own drinks from our room to the pool area , but was told tbat we couldnt drink our own drinks around pool??, they obviously expect you to buy their expensive drinks , if you are lucky enough to find someone to serve you a drink!? We ignored that request and continued to take our own drinks, as for Petrovac , its unbelievably packed and you cannot find a square metre to lay a towel on the gravel and stoney beach, promenade is also packed solid especially at night, like an emptying football Stadium! Never again, awful place and very expensive . The beachfront area is also blighted by Two enormous unfinished Hotel blocks , that have been like it for a decade as overgrown with ivy and decaying wooden and rusting scaffolding, absolute eye sore, never again!

Fabulous family run hotel just 5 mins from the beach

+ We have just come home after a fabulous 9 day holiday at this lovely hotel. Our first impression was the friendliness of the staff and then how immaculate it was. This continues throughout the hotel. It is spotlessly clean. The rooms are a great size with a large comfortable kingsize bed and a good shower in the bathroom complete with Rituals handwash etc!! It was cleaned daily and I'm sure the sheets were changed daily too!! The room has a fridge with a minibar. Breakfast has a multitude of food on offer from cereals, pasties, fresh fruit etc etc and hot food as well. My only complaint was that there was no tea except for Earl grey (Yuk). All the staff were really happy and friendly and that must come from the owner Vlad. I must give a special mention to Marco and Zoran who we had long conversations with. All have excellent English. And not forgetting the hard working kitchen staff - I didn't get their names. The hotel is only 5 mins away from the main beach, restaurants and shops. The other way is about 10 mins (I'm a slow walker) to another lovely cove. Restaurants are a plenty and we tried a lot and were pleased with all, although there was a lot of the same dishes on the menus. No problem for us as we worked through them!!!! My only suggestion would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were often thirsty coming back from sight seeing or the beach. Would we go back again? Of course we would!!!!!!

Wedding Anniversary bliss

+ Just returned from a 10 night stay here at Eleven and can’t rate it highly enough. We booked a deluxe double with TUI but upgraded to the apartment directly with the hotel before arrival. The hotel is perfectly located between two beaches and close to the bars and restaurants of Petrovak. It is incredibly clean and comfortable, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offerings are tasty and varied. The pool area is small but is never busy and there is always a space available to chill by it and relax. One of the nicest hotels and locations we stayed in. We left a little bit of our hearts there. Thank you to Vladimir and his team for taking such good care of us.

Great and convenient

+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Hotel Eleven for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main boardwalk and the beach, making the location very convenient. The only downside is a large unfinished hotel nearby that blocks what would otherwise be a sea view. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and included a safe and a nice balcony. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet selection. We especially appreciated that there were several new items to choose from each morning, which kept it interesting throughout our three-night stay. Parking is available either outside the hotel for €5 per night or in the underground garage for €10 per night, giving guests a choice depending on their preference. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.
