Wrong type of guests

Please get rid of the moldy carpets. Carpets do not belong in any hotel, especially not a spa hotel. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but the quality was average. Biggest concern however, and the reason we are never returning, was the many Russian tourists. Why on earth?
