Starting in front of the regal Royal Palace of Madrid, the Madrid - Medieval to Modern (Walking Tour) is about to walk you through magical, marvelous Madrid, one fascinating story at a time. Journey with your native English speaking guide as we discover and reveal many of the city's most iconic landmarks. The tour will utilise the streets as a canvas to paint a picture of all the curious and crazy activities undertaken by Madrileños, naughty and nice, over the city's many storied years. The tour won't even really end when we part ways. You’ll have learned so many interesting things about the city that you’ll be keeping your eyes peeled during the rest of your stay in Madrid (that we can guarantee)!

Meeting and pickup

Meet at the start point

Start point

The meeting point is the Plaza de la Armería. This is the square between the Royal Palace and the Cathedral. Look out for your guide who will be holding a blue and white umbrella with the Tío Tours logo.

End point

The tour will end in the Puerta del Sol, in the very centre of Madrid. This will allow guests to reach any neighbourhood of Madrid quickly upon completion of the tour.
