Overall a decent stay, with a few areas for improvement
+ Cleanliness: Generally clean, though with a few lapses — the bathroom sink was leaking, dust had built up on the pots/plants (sic), and at times the restaurant dishes weren’t properly cleaned. Location: Excellent — very convenient. Staff: The male staff stood out as attentive, courteous, and clearly skilled in service.
− Concierge: This was the weak point. Bookings made through them (safaris, excursions, etc.) weren’t reliably tracked, so you often had to follow up multiple times to confirm anything actually went through.

− الموقع يعتبر بعيد عن وسط المدينة والمحلات التجارية، ومع ذلك إطلالة الموقع على جبل ميرو اضافت جانب جميل له
