+ · The hotel facilities are genuinely good—modern, clean, and well-maintained. · The staff are friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
− · Poor attention to detail. We booked a suite for three people, but towels, toothbrushes, and drinking glasses were only set for two. No bathrobes or slippers in the room either—we had to call reception every time to ask for them. · The hotel has its own chicken farm on site. Roosters started crowing at 5 AM and kept going until the afternoon, which made it nearly impossible to rest—especially problematic for guests dealing with jet lag. · The location is very inconvenient. You can't walk anywhere—not even to the nearest 7-Eleven. We had to take a taxi for every single trip out.

Loved the spa so much!
+ Great hotel! The beds were super comfortable. Layout of the room is good too. The spa was so amazing. Had the best Foot Massage and Head Massage here. We really enjoyed the sauna and the onsen afterwards too. Bravo to the massage ladies!! It was perfect
− We booked a garden room, but we did not get a garden room instead we got a room opposite the Cafe. It was hectic and loud all the time. We could not use the chairs provided outside because there was no privacy. We never once opened the curtain because of the amount of people who walk pass our room every day. Sometimes it was super loud
