Séjour très sympathique. Une équipe très orientée service au client, chaleureuse, beaucoup d'humour
+ Chambre très propre, bien fournies en articles d'aménité (savon, shampooing, crème hydratante). Café, lait et thé. Bouteilles d'eau, bouilloire, etc. Tout y était. Large choix de repas. Merci à toute l'équipe de Heritage Village : Salome, Najmul, Lovelita, Rochelle, Naveen et tant d'autres😊 !

+ Excellent hospitality team and great service by them. Property is a bit small but more than made up by the service offered. Also, they have quite a few cute cats lounging around n giving lessons on how to take life easy !

Excellent service, wonderful stay!
+ We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village Resort. The property is very well maintained and has been done up very aesthetically. There are a number of in-house restaurant options offering different cuisines and serve delicious food. We especially liked Mama Miso. The overall service at the resort was excellent. Special mention to Salomi of the Front Desk for being very helpful and courteous as well. We had a pool facing room which was well furnished and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit!

Heritage Resort
+ We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village Resort & Spa and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. As we were travelling with our baby, the resort thoughtfully arranged a baby crib and a baby bath tub on request, which made our stay much more comfortable. Our little one especially enjoyed the bath tub, and we truly appreciated the extra care extended by the team. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The entire resort is aesthetically pleasing, with lush surroundings and a relaxing ambience. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay, always making an effort to ensure we were comfortable. The only area for improvement would be the in-room guest services, which were occasionally slow and required multiple follow-ups. The resort offers easy access to the beautiful Arossim Beach, which is peaceful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stroll. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at both of the resort's restaurants—**Mama Miso** and **Bonita**. The food, service, and overall dining experience at both were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend Heritage Village Resort & Spa, especially for families travelling with young children. We would certainly love to visit again in the future.
