+ A wonderful stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar ❤️ Hello, I would like to share my sincere review of this beautiful hotel. First of all, the hotel is very well located in the tourist area of Hurghada. Having plenty of shops and places to walk around nearby makes an evening stroll very enjoyable. However, the real strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed at the reception, who was extremely kind and did his best to make sure we had the room we wanted. We truly appreciated his attention and professionalism. I would also like to thank Ms. Adriana, whose beautiful smile and kindness made the check-in process very pleasant, and Karmina, who contacted us several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. A special mention as well to Mr. Ashraf with whom we had a very pleasant and enjoyable conversation. Of course, I would also like to thank all the wonderful staff at the main restaurant and the hotel bars, as well as the housekeeping team, especially Ismail, for his kindness and excellent service. And a big thank you to Youssef for the great entertainment and wonderful atmosphere he creates every day, together with all his fellow members of the animation team. They certainly added something special to our stay. Finally, Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar has completely won us over on our first visit, and this will certainly not be our last! ❤️🙏 Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
