Beautiful property with a unique location, but challenging transportation and some poor service.
+ This was a really unique beautiful property.
− The staff was terrible, they forgot to book everything we booked and repeatedly scrambled around to find boat shuttles and drivers at the last minute. The location is challenging, so they need to nail the transfers and tours and the definitely did not.

Beautiful views
+ Service and location. Views are stunning from every corner of the site as it is perched on the top of a hill. My private cool plunge pool was a delight. Of particular note was the personalized service I recieved from Dina at the front desk. Thank you.
− Nothing but a caution as it is on a hill there are a lot of steps although there tuktuks to take you to your room if you prefer.

+ Unique location with nice view of the Philae Temple. Beautiful establishment from outside.
− Location is not convenient unless you don’t have a lot of activities in Aswan. Rooms were smaller than expected, and the details were not up to the price level. Food in the restaurant is average.

+ فندق جميل و راقى و يتميز بالهدوء و النظافة و منظر مطل على النيل و كأنه لوحة فنية و يوجد جاكوزى فى الغرفة و دى متعة تانية و الموظفين فى منتهى الاحترام و الادب و معاملة راقية و خصوصا استاذة ميرنا فى الريسيبشن ممتازة و زمايلها كلهم ممتازين و موظف اسمه زياد ما شاء الله نشاط و مهنية و اتقان و السبا استاذة اميرة منتهى الاحترام و المهنية و السبا جميل جدا نضيف و خصوصية شكرا للفندق و ربنا يبارك لكم
− الحاجة الوحيدة ان الفندق على منطقة جبلية يعنى الغرفة بمطلع و سلالم عالية لكن الفندق فيه توكتوك بيوصلك للغرفة فى اى وقت و التوكتوك متاح دايما
