− My keycard worked only for my floor. So every time I wanted to go to visit my friends, i had to go down to lobby and my friends had to come to get me from the lobby.

+ We had a beautiful stay at the hotel with my girlfriend! The rooms were clean, and whenever we needed assistance, the staff were always there to help. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Kelvin and Grace, for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service throughout our stay. They always made sure we were well taken care of and were available whenever we needed a helping hand or simply a friendly smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly special and unforgettable. Excellent.
+ Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and optional restaurant for dinner on the top floor. Around the clock room service just excellent and exceeds all expectations.

Ruime appartementen, centraal gelegen
+ Mooi appartement, centraal gelegen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Het in-house-restaurant heeft een uitgebreide betaalbare kaart. Het eten is er lekker.
− Bij aankomst bleek er geen 2-persoons studio beschikbaar en kregen we een 6-persoons appartement met ene enorme woonkamer en 3 afgesloten deuren (naar andere kamers en een 2e badkamer). Erg ongezellig. Dat was echter niet het ergste: het appartement was net chemisch gereinigd (de sticker zat nog op de deur) en stonk enorm. Daarbij lag het meteen boven de enorme AC-installatie van het gebouw die zelfs bij dichte ramen duidelijk te horen was in het appartement. Nadat we aangaven de ruimte niet te accepteren, werd er een 2-persoons studio voor ons klaargemaakt bovenin het gebouw: knusser, geen stank en een veel beter uitzicht. Het was er dus wel!
