Perfect stay for visits around Sisian
+ The room was super comfy and exactly what I needed to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly, and helped me organise a nice tour to the top of the Ughtassar mountain to see the crater lake and ancient petroglyphs. They also gave me good advice on other activities in the area I could get to by my own car. There are many great things to see around Sisian.

A good place, we liked it
+ A good hotel in the city center. It has its own parking. After we checked in, we were offered fresh fruit
− Hot water is supplied from a boiler. When it runs out, you have to wait for it to heat up again

+ After our first night at Basen Hotel, we spent the day exploring the beautiful sights in the surrounding area. We had originally planned to continue our journey in the evening and stay somewhere else for the night. But after such a lovely first night here, we decided to come back to Basen Hotel, spend another night, and continue our journey in the morning instead. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the excellent food in the restaurant and the good selection of wines. What made our stay truly special, though, was the wonderful hospitality. We felt very welcome and genuinely looked after. It was a memorable experience and a beautiful part of our trip through Armenia. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!
