The most amazing stay in Egypt
+ Genuinely the most OUTSTANDING property in Egypt. The service was absolutely amazing from arrival to leaving. The pool.... Absolutely sublime rooms looking towards the Valley of the Queens. I did not imagine we would have some of the best food we would have had in Egypt here. Yet they delivered, The grilled fish, tagine, Baba ganoush, vegetables, everything. .... all were far above what we had in some of the best restaurants in Cairo. Thank you. The most amazing stay we have had in Egypt and on our 2nd visit.

snorkeling is amazing
+ The room is very nice, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are generally friendly, the snorkeling is amazing, and the food is quite good.
− Here are the points that could be improved: we got sick, most likely probably because of the ice cubes in the drinks. The staff should really pay more attention to this, as we have had diarrhea for three days. The swimming pool is in very poor condition, with tiles coming off everywhere. The pool and the sea close very early, which is a shame and quite frustrating when you have an activity during the day and would still like to enjoy the hotel afterwards. Almost everything in the spa was not working. The security staff also bothered our diving driver every day when he came to pick us up, even though the reception was aware of it. This was really annoying and could easily have been avoided.

+ We had such a lovely stay here! The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt so well looked after and would happily stay here again!
