The best hotel I have ever stayed at by far!

+ Overall review - British Liverpool Couple This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in ! Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Room We booked the all inclusive with swim up room price was very reasonable for the size of the room which was huge; extra large bed super comfortable and a sizable pool area to the rear which was semi private was lovely. We booked a swim up room, which was worth it. There was also a jacuzi style bath in the room which was lovely the first night after a hard days travel. Facilities The facilities of the hotel are amazing starting with the food options. You can book in on arrival to each resturant for each night of your stay (one visit per stay, with two to the Alexis Beach restaurant as part of all-inclusive) or the night before; I would advise booking early as it books up quickly. Bar facilities by the pool and down at the beach are perfect staff are attentive and quick to refill your drink or cook food if your hungry. The restaurants .... wow! Rooftop resturant This is where we ate our first meal as we were too late to book in with a restaurant. Perfectly lovely on its own lots of options and chefs willing too cook things on request within reason. Each station has items cooked to order (pasta pizza, sushi, french dining style meats, indian, etc). There is plenty of variety. The breakfast buffet was also excellent here, with sparkling wine included. Hot buffet english style options, french pasteries, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, so plenty of options. Alexis Beach Restaurant We had my partners birthday meal here. The reception staff made the reservation for us and informed them of the birthday occasion. We had a little table with Happy Birthday ornament on it and a beautiful view of the water. The food was amazing and staff very attentive with a lovely cake to finish. The food was fine dining, lovely ingredients and cookery. Top pick. Please see photos attached. Tanga Beach Resturant We ate here on our last night.

An exceptional experience that exceeded all our expectations!

+ Everything about Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle was outstanding. The facilities are excellent, the room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, the bed was amazing, and the shower was wonderful. The all-inclusive experience was truly 100%. The food was impeccable, from breakfast to lunch, the beach restaurants, and dinner. A special mention goes to the Alex restaurant, which was exceptional, although the main restaurant was also absolutely perfect. The entire team deserves recognition for being so friendly, attentive, helpful, and communicative. Every detail was taken care of, and there was genuinely nothing to complain about. The location is fantastic, and the beach is beautiful, with perfect conditions for swimming and enjoying the sea. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so special!

+ I absolutely loved my entire stay! It was honestly the perfect resort to relax, unwind and recharge. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and everything from the amenities to the variety of food, cuisines and drinks was fantastic. What really made the experience special was the hospitality. The hotel managers were wonderful, and they've clearly built an amazing team. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive and genuinely made a difference to our stay. Such a beautiful experience overall, and definitely a resort I'd love to return to. Highly recommend!

+ Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen völlig übertroffen! Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und nett. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Essen grandios. Es wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt - ohne dass man ihn groß aussprechen muss. Denn das Personal merkt sich so viel welche Vorlieben man hat. Selbst am Strand wird man mit Getränken versorgt.
