+ The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, generous. We had a very late flight out of Santiago and they invited us to rest downstairs in their living room/library area and to use their spa facilities for sauna, shower, etc after we checked out. It was fabulous!

Exceptional Hotel, but the Staff Made It Truly Unforgettable
+ We travel a lot and have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but our experience at The Singular Santiago genuinely stood out. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what made our stay so special was the extraordinary warmth and kindness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The front desk team was exceptional, and the concierge service was among the best we have experienced anywhere. Every question, request, and little detail was handled with incredible professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. What impressed us most was that this level of service wasn't limited to one or two people — it seemed to be part of the culture of the entire hotel. Everyone we encountered was warm, gracious, attentive, and sincerely interested in making our time in Santiago as enjoyable as possible. When you travel frequently, you quickly realize that beautiful hotels can be found in many places. What is much harder to find is a team of people who make you feel truly welcome and who consistently go beyond what you expect. The staff at The Singular did exactly that. They were honestly better than we could have imagined, and they turned a great stay in Santiago into a memorable one. We left with tremendous appreciation for everyone who took care of us and would return without hesitation. Five stars — and our sincere thanks to the entire Singular Santiago team.
