+ Asukoht on väga hea, paari sammu kaugusel poed ja söögikohad, bussijaam lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel, ühistrantsport liigub korrapäraselt ja paljudesse erinevatesse sihtkohtadesse. Ilus korrastatud aed taimede ja puhta basseiniga, vaade merele ja mägedele. Toas oli olemas kõik mis nädalaseks peatumiseks vaja, külmkapp, veekeetja, väike ahi/pliit ja nõud. Kuna lähedal oli väga palju erinevaid söögikohti, siis ei kasutanud ise söögitegemis võimalust. Koristati iga päev ja iga kord täpselt siis, kui ise eemal olime. Aias elas kolm noort kassi, kes olid küll veidi arglikid, aga ilusad ja hoolitsetud. Asukoht oli küll otse linnas sees, suure tee ääres, aga väga rahulik ja pigem vaikne, pidutsevaid või häirivaid inimesi või naabreid ei kohanud.
− Korter vajaks remonti, toal ei olnud rõdu vaid piiretega suur aken.
