Spacious apartment in a convenient location near the mall and city centre. Check-in was delayed, but the host compensate
+ The apartment is nice and spacious, conveniently located near a mall and the city centre, and the food was good too. However, our stay didn’t get off to the best start, as check-in was significantly delayed due to an issue followed by delays in cleaning. The host kindly extended our checkout by two hours to compensate for the delayed check-in, which we appreciated. Overall, a good property with a convenient location, but the check-in experience could be improved.
− The check-in experience was disappointing, especially as we were travelling with kids, which made the delays and tiring evening even more difficult. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and not the usual experience.
