A beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere and a genuinely caring team.

+ The resort is beautiful, in an excellent location close to central Ubud while still surrounded by nature. The room was spacious and stylish, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were consistently kind, attentive and professional. Andre, the Front Office Manager, made a genuine effort to listen to our concerns and assist us.

− During our stay, construction work was taking place within the resort, and the noise could be heard from our room during the day. We also experienced limited lagoon access on a couple of occasions due to a technical issue and a photoshoot. However, once we shared our concerns, the management team was very understanding and genuinely did everything possible to improve our experience.

An exceptional stay — peaceful, beautiful and incredible value

+ We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily return. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the quality of the rooms, onsite restaurants and level of service. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They even organised our scooter hire, including delivery and collection, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The free massage was spectacular and such a wonderful inclusion. Breakfast also far surpassed my expectations, and we loved sitting at the bistro each morning with the beautiful view. The location worked really well for us. We hired scooters, which made exploring the surrounding area easy, although I don't think the location would be quite as convenient if you were relying entirely on a car. For us, though, it was perfect. What we particularly loved was how quiet and romantic the resort felt. It was a wonderful contrast to the busyness of Ubud, while still being well placed for exploring. Overall, the combination of beautiful rooms, excellent food, fantastic staff, thoughtful extras and peaceful atmosphere made this an exceptional stay. We couldn't have asked for more and would absolutely recommend it.

− Temporary issues only - the resort is upgrading so access to the gym was not ideal and there was some construction noise during the day. This didn't bother us at all.

Petit havre de paix d1ns Ubud

+ Cet hôtel est relativement haut de gamme et placé à 30 minutes à pied du centre. Il se situe au sein d'un large parc avec des Rizières et une vue sur la jungle avec piscine à débordement et coucher de soleil absolument magnifique. C'est peu commun sur Ubud. Les chambres haut de gamme sont très belles, très grandes avec même un grand écran de vidéoprojecteur intégré qui peut descendre afin de se faire une soirée home cinéma. Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits oignons avec tout le monde. Nous avons eu un souci lors de notre séjour et les managers ont été très professionnel pour le résoudre merci beaucoup. Le restaurant de l'hôtel permet de manger de la nourriture locale ou occidentale comme on peut en trouver dans les grands hôtels. Pas de surprise c'est fait pour plaire à tout le monde. Au final vous ne serez pas déçu c'est un très bel endroit relativement calme par rapport à l'agitation de Ubud et vous pouvez quasiment tout faire à pied y compris la forêt des singes qui est à 5 minutes.

+ Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool, der Blick auf die Reisfelder war wunderschön und hat zum entspannen eingeladen. Ebenso war die Lage für uns top, sehr ruhig und in nur wenigen Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Preis Leistung haben an meinen Tagen nicht zusammengepasst

− Baustelle im Haus neben meinem Zimmer, Wasser stand öfters im Waschbecken und es rann nicht ab.
