+ Very very clean and pool facilities were good Breakfast was good and the staff were Friendly

+ There was an issue with room cleaning; we stayed for five days, yet the room was cleaned only once during that time. There was also a problem with the towels, as they were changed only once over the five-day period. Apart from that, the place is spacious and relatively new.

− The reception staff during the day were unpleasant; the night clerk was very nice.

+ Absolutely top for the price we paid! Good located near shops and fast foods and restaurant. Clean pool.

Worst vacation ive ever had - left on day 2/8

− We booked 8 nights on this stay expecting a relaxing vacation in Cyprus. Instead, our first two days were extremely stressful and honestly disappointing before we left without any refunds. I am pregnant, so accessibility and being able to get around were particularly essential for us. Unfortunately, without a car, this location was extremely difficult. During the day, we repeatedly tried to order taxis just to go somewhere to eat or buy basic necessities, but they kept getting cancelled. (See attached photo) We ended up having to walk in extreme heat to the market just to buy water and other basic things. The bus stop is also a long walk away, and with road closures around the area, getting anywhere became unnecessarily difficult. If you are looking at this hotel thinking the location is convenient, please reconsider, especially if you don’t have your own car. You cannot realistically plan to go out during the day and rely on taxis. Streets look abandoned ngl. When we explained the situation to the hotel and asked for a refund for the unused night, their solution was to move us to another apartment in Larnaca that someone else chose for us and cost half of our stay. That was not what we wanted. I am pregnant and this was supposed to be a vacation — not an apartment relocation drama. We simply wanted to leave and receive a refund for the night we would not use. We ultimately had to leave after the second night because the situation was ruining our vacation and wasting days-off. As attached in the policy of booking it was up to them if they considered out problems or not. The hotel itself also needs quite a lot of cosmetic renovation and maintenance. There is visible rust around bathroom fixtures, shower areas and pool drainage grates, worn shower seals and generally tired-looking pool facilities. I have attached photos so guests can judge for themselves. Breakfast was also very average with limited options, especially considering the price of the stay.
