Hotel molto bello, personale preparato e attento.

+ Hotel molto ben strutturato, camere ampie e pulitissime, colazione buonissima e molto varia, servizi al top! Ho aoggiornato più volte negli anni e non sono mai stata delusa!

+ הכל!!!! המלון פשוט מדהים, אם היה אפשר לדרג אותו 10 כוכבים, הייתי עושה. אתחיל מתודה לצוות המלון והבעלים (שהספקנו להכיר). הצוות עושה הכל כדי שתרגיש VIP. הבריכה וחדר כושר ומתחם ספא ממוקמים 5 דקות הליכה והמלון מציע שאטל (מאוד עוזר ביום גשום). אוכל במסעדה טעים: ארוחת בוקר מגוונת, ממליצה לאכול גם ארוחת ערב אחת לפחות שמאוד טעימה, לאוהבי שטרודל תפוחים ממליצה לא לוותר - הקונדיטור מכין במקום (המתנה של כ 30 דקות שווה ביותר). החדרים מדהימים, מיטה נוחה, מקלחת מפנקת ממש!!! חניה - תמיד היה מקום. טיילת יפה מול המלון, לאוהבי הליכה או ריצה יש מסלול מסודר. מרכז קניות ענק מעבר לכביש. אסיים בתודה נוספת על הכל - היה מדהים

Ne-am simțit din nou foarte bine

+ Mi-a plăcut foarte mult și atenția la detalii: în fiecare zi găseam în cameră un termos cu ceai aromat de mușețel și două dulciuri frumos ambalate, într-o punguță. Sunt lucruri mici, dar care arată grija față de oaspeți. Camerele sunt curățate zilnic, iar aerul condiționat este silențios și poziționat astfel încât să nu bată direct spre pat, ceea ce pentru mine este un mare plus. Per total, am avut din nou o experiență foarte plăcută. Este un hotel la care am revenit și, de fiecare dată, am găsit aceeași atenție, curățenie, confort și amabilitate. De obicei nu las review-uri, dar uneori merită să faci o excepție. Iar acest hotel chiar merită! ❤️

Totul a fost la superlativ

+ Atentia la detalii, personalul bine pregatit. Micul dejun este variat si pentru toate gusturile. A fost atat de bine incat cu siguranta o sa ma intorc. Atunci cand o sa vizitez Brasovul din nou, o sa aleg Qosmo pentru cazare.
