Art Complex Anel

Ottimo. Con piu attenzione alla pulizia ed alla ristorazione sarebbe perfetto

+ La struttura e' bellissima. Ampie aree verdi grande piscina oltre a piscina salata e riscaldata. Diversi accessi al mare differenziati e suggestivi. Le opere disseminate nella struttura conferiscono un plus. La camera ampia spaziosa e meravigliosa vista.

− La ristorazione/colazione non e' adeguata al livello della struttura. Anche la pulizia va migliorata. In camera abbiamo trovato residui dei precedenti inquilini ed anche nell3 zone piscina vi erano tracce e residui che evidentemente non erano stati rimossi dai giorni precedenti. Basta poco per rendere il posto ancor piu bello di quanto non lo sia gia oggi.

Hôtel EXCEPTIONNEL

+ L’hôtel est magnifique situé en front de mer avec 3 piscines dont une naturelle située au bord de l’eau Petit déjeuner complet et excellent Emplacement idéal et au calme pour visiter le sud de la Bulgarie

− Début du petit déjeuner à 8h est trop tard pour pouvoir partir en visite, ça serait bien de le faire commencer à 7h Restaurant avec des plats un peu chères et pas très copieux

Gorgeous grounds, perfect for a day trip, NOT worth the money for an extended stay

+ The grounds of the art complex are stunning, filled with all sorts of green trees, art works and stunning views. The saltwater pool and the lounge chairs across the property were great and the cliff views were a delight.

− - Cleanliness of the rooms was terrible. I killed a cockroach in my room. The rooms didn't get vacuumed nor get the floors wiped the entire time I was there. I had spilled some ice tea on the side table of the bed, after the cleaning lady left, it was STILL there. She DIDNT even wipe the side table :/ I think all she did was put new towels on my bed and fold my bed sheets... the pillows didnt even move from where they were before. - my water and shampoo bottles didnt get replenished. I had to go to the reception to get them myself and waited 2 hrs to get the water bottles. - I called the reception SO MANY times (at least 7-8 times) and the lady was sitting outside on the golf cart on her phone, she didnt hear a single ring. - The food was below the quality and price points that they offer it, coffee tasted horrible. There are places with amazing food and coffee all over the place but not at this hotel. - The bathroom has no plug for my hairstraightener or my electric toothbrush, there is no vanity mirror or lightening - it's the small things that can make a difference in a hotel you paid 250 euros per night for. - There was 1 person managing drinks and food for TWO pools. The poor guy was running around like crazy delivering every order after an hour or more, and getting mobbed by people to place an order anytime he was walking around. Is it really that expensive or tough to add another wait staff?!

Totul a fost excelent!

+ Recomand cu drag! Servicii ireproșabile! Totul a fost la superlativ: camere curate, personal amabil și facilități moderne. Mâncarea a fost excelentă, iar atmosfera din complex este extrem de relaxantă. Un loc ideal pentru vacanță, unde ospitalitatea este pe primul loc. Vom reveni cu siguranță!
