Consigliato!!!

+ Ottimo Hotel,vicinissimo al corso lungo il lago. Ottima Piscina riscaldata,Buona colazione

Not up to standard

+ The hotel is on the lakeside. Rooms with a view of the lake face north which might be good in summer.The beds were comfortable and clean although the general decor felt cheap.

− The open shower in the bathroom floods the floor and subsequent use of the toilet requires walking through the wet floor. The breakfast was appalling. We arrived at 9:30 to find the coffee urn was empty and when we asked for a refill was told it was finished. We asked for coffee from the bar and was told this was chargeable. We were directed to a table in the restaurant that was not set for breakfast and had not been cleaned from the previous diners. The quality of the offering was substandard. When we asked to see the manager to express are disatisfaction an instant coffee appeared at 10:00 but no apology or acceptance that the service was poor. Generally the staff and customer service needs training. This was day 10 in Albania and we received amazing hospitality in every other hotel we stayed in so this did not compare favourably.

Great value for money hotel. We will go back for sure

+ Excellent location , very nice gym, the cafe in the rear was very good and staff were helpful

− Things kept breaking down and we had to change rooms 3 times. Otherwise , the rating would be even higher
