Alcuni aspetti da migliorare
+ La struttura si trova nel cuore di Český Krumlov, all’interno della zona pedonale della città. La camera si è rivelata particolarmente accogliente e impeccabilmente pulita. Nonostante la presenza di un pub proprio al di sotto della nostra finestra, presso il quale gli ospiti della pensione possono usufruire di uno sconto del 20%, gli infissi a doppio vetro garantiscono un eccellente isolamento acustico, impedendo efficacemente la propagazione dei rumori all’interno della camera.
− Nella camera non è presente l’aria condizionata; tuttavia, ciò non ha rappresentato un particolare problema, considerato che nelle ore serali le temperature tendono a diminuire sensibilmente. Le tende alle finestre, invece, risultano piuttosto ridotte nelle dimensioni e poco oscuranti, pertanto, al mattino, la camera viene illuminata molto presto e non garantisce un adeguato livello di privacy. Un ulteriore aspetto negativo riguarda il servizio di pulizia. Nonostante avessimo apposto alla porta l’apposito cartello per richiedere il riassetto della camera, quest’ultima non è mai stata pulita e il letto non è stato rifatto. A seguito di una nostra richiesta di chiarimenti, la proprietaria ci ha spiegato che la struttura non è un hotel e che il personale addetto alle pulizie è incaricato esclusivamente di fornire asciugamani puliti e di provvedere allo smaltimento della spazzatura. Gli asciugamani sono stati effettivamente sostituiti, mentre la spazzatura non è mai stata raccolta, come dimostra la fotografia allegata alla presente recensione. Infine, la tassa di soggiorno non può essere pagata con carta, ma esclusivamente in contanti, in euro oppure in corone ceche.

Comfortable, amazing area, just please add a fan!
+ We had the double bedroom. It was very clean, with a huge bathroom and a very nice comfy space. It’s at a very good location, the castle and surrounding river are a 5 mins walk away, and the town is simply beautiful there. You get a sort of medieval feeling, aspecially with the street musicians.
− The only thing I was missing was a fan, with 32 degrees, it can be quite warm. Opening the (soundproof) windows helps a bit, but then you can hear quite some noise from the bar outside. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!
