+ המלון מעוצב בצורה נפלאה, עם שפע של פינות ישיבה נעימות המשקיפות על גינות מטופחות, פרחים וירוק מסביב. החדרים היו נקיים, והמקלחת הייתה נהדרת — זרם מים מצוין ומים חמים בכל שעה. צוות הקבלה היה אדיב וזמין לכל שאלה. בסך הכול נהנינו מהעיצוב ומהאווירה הנעימה, לצד כמה נקודות שדורשות שיפור.
− בסך הכול המלון טוב ונקי, אך יש לא מעט נקודות שדורשות שיפור. לאחר התשלום הנוסף על שדרוג החדר ועל חבילת יום ההולדת, לא הרגשנו שקיבלנו תמורה הולמת למחיר. מחיר חבילת יום ההולדת היה בעיניי מופרז ביחס למה שקיבלנו. הזמנתי בלונים ועוגה לכבוד יום הולדתו של בן זוגי, ולאחר ששדרגתי את החדר נאמר לי שיצורף גם בקבוק יין במתנה. בפועל, הבלונים היו בסגנון שמתאים ליום הולדת לבת והונחו נפולים בפינת החדר. העוגה נשארה יום שלם על השולחן ולא הייתה ראויה לאכילה מבחינתנו, ובקבוק היין שהובטח כלל לא הגיע. גם השירות מצד צוות הניקיון בבקרים היה לא נעים. קיבלנו תחושה שכועסים עלינו משום שעליהן לסיים לנקות עד השעה 11:00. איכות המגבות הייתה ירודה מאוד, ובכל פעם שביקשנו מגבות הרגשנו שעושים לנו טובה שמשאירים לנו שתיים בלבד. בנוסף, נראו כתמים על השטיחים במסדרון ועל הווילונות במעברים. ארוחות הבוקר היו דלות ומשעממות. הרגשנו שמנסים לעשות כסף קטן מכל דבר - כמו קפה מהמכונה נאמר שיש רק גודל אחד בתוספת תשלום. אך אם תוסיף אקטרה תשלום, פתאום יש כוס בגודל גדול יותר! למלון יש פוטנציאל, אך נדרשים שיפורים בשירות, בתחזוקה ובתשומת הלב לפרטים, במיוחד ביחס למחיר ולציפייה מחופשה שנועדה לחגוג אירוע מיוחד.
