Great place for a relaxing holiday
+ The property is amazing. There is so much to do for everyone. The beach access is so convenient and there are some good restaurants around
− The property is a bit run down. The bath area is poorly designed. The tiles have mold. There were quite a few insects in our room despite not keeping any doors open. The extra bed is not very comfortable.

Good staff and food. Poor amenities.
+ The staff were very good and responsive and resolved the issues promptly. The breakfast and dinner was good even though they had limited options.
− The property is very old and not updated. We had issues with the bathrooms and rooms flooding while taking shower. But the staff were quick to address the issues and put us in a different room. The bedsheets and pillowcases were not changed after the previous occupants vacated and we could see stains and hair on the pillows and bedsheets. But the staff were prompt in changing them when we requested. The bathrooms did not have shower curtains. The towels were old and threadbare. Even though the property is on the beach, we couldn’t enjoy the beach because there are no chairs or umbrellas on the beach and there were lots of stray dogs. This property is advertised as 5 star resort on all websites. It is surely not 5 star and misleading. It is more like a 3 star resort.

Standards and property have deteriorated significantly since I stayed there last, a few years ago.
− 1. Stray dogs on the beach. 2. Stray cats around the kitchen area. 3. Mosquitoes. 4. Food is very ordinary.
