Lovely city, lovely people, super pleasant welcome at the hotel.
+ Excellent location, really helpful' super-friendlly staff at every level. I would just point out that it's not designed for anyone with a physical disability as there are a few steps to negotiate even to the lift, . It is minutes away from city centre and the seaside promenade.
− The lack of shelf space and some UHT milk for the coffee maker in the room would have been nice but a minor detail. Very nice hotel overall.
