Incredible honeymoon destination
+ Incredible honeymoon destination. The staff the food the facilities!!! The people working at the resort are the reason we want to go back - Kiran our host was so lovely and really accommodated to every need. Cannot recommend more! I also had an amazing massage at the spa - so many free activities too, cycling, kayaking etc. will for sure be coming back

Comfortable but fell below expectations
+ The choice of food, and the size of the rooms were great. The personal assigned concierge was very helpful.
− The swimming pool was too small for size of property and limited Loungers. Food service was very slow and a lot of confusion amongst the staff. Kids club lacked engaging activities for older kids

Perfektes Hotel
+ Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Traumhafter Strand, mit bestem Beachservice, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Ein riesiges Lob an das Team. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, tolle Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, toller Spa. Würde es immer wieder empfehlen und buchen.

Beautiful surroundings, but too large and commercial for our taste.
+ The surroundings and the beach were stunning. Make sure to book your room facing the ocean (rather than the lagoon). Staff was generally wonderful and very service minded.
− The resort was was too large and commercial and not particularly personal for our taste. We had booked half board but essentially this just means that a fixed amount is deducted from your bill at dinner, effectively leaving you with a minimum spend each day - I would not recommend this. In addition, not all staff was trained to explain the half board concept and this left us with a very unpleasant discussion at check out where we were required to pay for a meal which the staff had told us was included in the half board booking.
