+ The hotel was comfortable, cozy and quiet. It feels more like a big house than a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty and shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Also petrol station, car wash and a great outdoors pool just down the street if you go in summer. Walking distance from the town centre. Breakfast was included but we didn't have it so I can't express an opinion. We would stay here again.
− The reception area was very casual. It's right next to the bar area and makes it feel a bit messy. I would maybe move the bar at the back. Just to keep first impression clean and tidy and professional. The were half finished drinks on the tops. And even a half finished plate of food in the hallway by the stairs. The sockets by the bed weren't working.

Elegant.
+ Intr-un aer vintage inspirat probabil din epoca interbelica sau chiar dinainte, cu mobilier stil, din lemn masiv, un pat enorm, candelabre, tablouri cu opulente rame aurii, hotelul ofera tot confortul, gandit in cele mai mici detalii. De la cestile de cafea elegante, vesela superba, pahare frumoase (din sticla, nimic din plastic!), mobilierul din balcon, pana la micile obiecte de uz personal din baie, totul a fost perfect. Mic dejun de calitate, servicii ireprosabile. Restaurantul care functioneaza la parter este si el remarcabil. De altfel, bucatarul este renumit in intreaga Craiova.
− Nu a existat ceva sa nu ne placa, dar as fi dorit cate o veioza pe ambele parti ale patului.
