+ من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها! الفندق جميل بكل معنى الكلمة، من أول لحظة تدخل تحس بالفخامة والراحة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة، الأجواء هادئة ومريحة، والخدمة جدًا راقية والموظفين قمة في الذوق والاحترافية. كل شيء كان فوق التوقعات، من الديكور إلى المرافق وحتى أصغر التفاصيل. تجربة جميلة جدًا وأكيد مو آخر زيارة لي 🤍✨ أنصح فيه وبقوة، ويستاهل كل نجمة 10/10

Amazing

+ We had the most amazing stay at the Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa and genuinely cannot thank the team enough for how well they looked after us. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was so warm, friendly and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Breakfast was a real highlight for us. The team went above and beyond to accommodate what we normally eat, even preparing a special breakfast for my husband exactly the way he likes to have it. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated. They remembered the little details and made us feel incredibly well looked after every morning. We were also celebrating my husband’s 30th birthday during our stay, and the staff were absolutely amazing in helping me organise everything and making the occasion feel extra special. They put so much care and effort into it, and it meant so much to both of us. The resort itself is beautiful, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the people. The level of service, kindness and genuine hospitality was outstanding. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. Thank you to everyone at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu for going above and beyond for us and for making our trip and my husband’s birthday so memorable. We left feeling incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

+ Great location

Nice resort with good staff and well run, nice facilities but not on the beach

+ Staff were very friendly and efficient. The on site indonesian restaurant was excellent, and highly recommended, unfortunately only open for dinner. Resort itself is high on the hills above the coast line some distance away, so not a beach resort, and not near "the action" which to my mind was a positive, but may not suit all. The open air top bar off the lobby is very pleasant with a great view and lovely cooling breezes.

− Very nice rooms, however the bathroom is the star and afforded as much space as the bedroom, to the detriment of indoor seating space, indulgent in my view and pretty silly really
