+ Super séjour, la chambre et la qualité des repas sont extraordinaires. Encore merci à ZIED à la réception pour la qualité de son accueil et son sens de l’écoute c’est une personne très professionnelle et toujours souriante
− L’eau de la piscine mériterait d’être un peu chauffée car 18 degré pour un séjour à la mi- octobre ne permet pas de se baigner plus de 15 minutes ..seul point négatif de cet établissement

Overall, pretty dissapointed with our experience at this hotel and wouldn't stay again.
+ We enjoyed the entertainment in the hotel, there was something new on every day and night, and the entertainment guys were so lovely and fun to talk to. The breakfast was also great, it had a lot of choices to choose from.
− Very disappointed in the staff and overall experience. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon 6 months in advance, and told them about the occasion. We were promised a double bed, decor on the bed etc...We booked the sea view room, and on arrival (late at night) we were forced to have dinner at the buffet before checking into the room as there is no room service, unable to get any food after 10:30pm in the hotel. The room was on the ground floor, no privacy, 2 single beds and definitely no sea view. We asked for a better room but nothing was available until the next day in the late afternoon, we ended up getting a bigger room, a double bed and barely had a view of the sea. The staff at reception were never friendly, no one communicates between each other and we had to explain the issue to multiple staff, multiple times. We were also promised the "Star prestige" upgrade and 2 free massages - which we never received. Everything in the hotel was pre made, impossible to order a barista made coffee. Ice coffee is made in a slushie machine and all the drinks we ordered were extremely sweet. There is no bottled water anywhere in the hotel, it was out of a "filtered" machine but it had a very strange taste. We had to travel out to buy bottled water.

Great value, excellent for kids
+ Great location, excellent facilities and great for kids.
− Room cleaning could have been better. Staff sometimes had to be asked twice for something and could have been more attentive.

+ Die Unterkunft war rumpelt gut. Zimmer sind groß Balkon auch aber leider war eine Käfer die Toiletten. Es war richtig teuer für nicht so viel ausmachen vom Essen
