The dynamic movements will release a gentle heat from the core to release tensions throughout the body. The practice will leave your whole being feeling light and peaceful.

The yoga studio is located in Bophut Fisherman's Village next to Greenlight Café & Bar. The meditation session is optional which starts at 7am. Yoga class starts at 7.30am. (Google precise location: 3/28 Moo 1, Fisherman's Village H25M+Q4 Koh Samui, Ko Samui District, Bophut, Surat Thani 84320).

This activity ends back at the meeting point.
