How to redeem
Operated by South Sea Cruises All reservations and pick up from mainland hotels must be reconfirmed with our Port Denarau Reservations office the day before departure by phoning the Call Center on number +679 999 5512. The coach pickups commence aprox 75min before the vessel departs from Port Denarau. Please check with our reservations team for your coach pickup time or refer to the coach timetable on our website. Please be waiting 10 minutes prior to the pickup time at the current pickup location. If you miss the complimentary coach transfer, you will need to find your own way to Port Denarau before the vessel departs at your own cost. If you do not require a pick up please find your own way to the meeting point – South Sea Cruises check-in counter, Passenger Terminal, Port Denarau. Check-in starts 30 minutes prior to the day cruise departure time.You will need to provide the voucher number of your booking at the South Sea Cruises check-in Counter to redeem your boarding pass for the trip. Bula Vinaka! Fuel Surcharge Notice – South Sea Cruises Group South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) have updated the mandatory fuel surcharge (first introduced in April 2026) due to a decrease in Fiji’s fuel prices effective as of the 1st of July 2026. This change in Fiji’s fuel prices is the first decrease since the global oil crisis began. The decrease in fuel prices is therefore being immediately passed onto customers through a reduction in the mandatory fuel surcharge. Fuel Surcharge Rates (per person) - For this day trip • FJD $15 per adult • FJD $10 per child (2–15 years) The fee is to be paid in FJD and will be collected directly upon check-in at South Sea Cruises Counter on day of travel.
