Great first impression of Iceland
+ Location was superb, easy walk to the city centre and parking. The room was very comfortable and the shower was great. Gym well stocked with equipment, towels and water. Robert who served us at breakfast was warm, friendly and very professional! Nothing was too much trouble.

Our stay at Hotel Parliament was absolutely perfect, without a single negative aspect.
+ Our stay at Hotel Parliament was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of, but what made our experience truly unforgettable was the exceptional service during breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We would like to express our deepest gratitude and admiration for Ms. Dominika and Mr. Robert. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine dedication to their work were visible in every detail of the breakfast service. They were always ready to help, attentive to our needs, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and special every single morning. Ms. Dominika was incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional, always with a sincere smile and helpful suggestions. Mr. Robert impressed us with his efficiency, warm attitude and sense of humor, which created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at breakfast. Thanks to them, every breakfast felt like a first-class experience, not just a standard hotel buffet. The level of service they provided is truly rare nowadays. Their outstanding hospitality turned our stay at Hotel Parliament into something much more than just accommodation – it became a wonderful memory we will happily return to. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially because of the remarkable work of Ms. Dominika and Mr. Robert, who are a true asset to the entire establishment.
− This complete lack of negative aspects made our stay exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable, and allowed us to fully appreciate the wonderful hospitality at Hotel Parliament.
