+ The staff were exceptional! Made every effort to accommodate us and help us with everything we needed.. The location was perfect for visiting Petra. They were so kind in packing us a box breakfast as we had to leave very early. They also accommodate us with a very late mid sleep evening arrival.!!!
− Not very hot water

+ The Town Season hotel is perfectly located in the middle of downtown Wadi Musa and within a couple of minutes of walking distance to shops, bakeries and restaurants. It is an excellent basis to explore Wadi Musa and Petra. The hotel looks beautiful and well maintained and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied and was served on the 4th floor with a beautiful view on the town and Petra. The free shuttle for dropping and picking up from Petra was super convenient! Special thanks to mr Ali for providing this service. We very happy to stay at this hotel and would highly recommend everyone to stay here!

+ We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. When we had a small issue with our car before leaving, they immediately tried to assist us, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel’s location is also perfect, right in the center. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. We highly recommend this hotel!
