excelente ubicación
+ Excelente experiencia. El hospedaje es muy acogedor, limpio y cómodo, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estadía agradable. La atención fue excelente, siempre muy amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad.

Good central hotel
+ The location is very central in Puerto Natales with shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. The beds were comfortable and although it was very cold outside, the rooms were very warm. We could get an early breakfast to go on a day tour. There is a laundry service at the hotel.
− There were renovation works ongoing in a room close by with noise and chemical smell during the day. The rooms are quite noisy; I could hear people walking in the room above and snorring of other guests at night.
