+ Great location and new property. Downside was that the tap in the bathroom sink kept spraying water if we turned it on and got our clothes wet when we used it. We told concierge about this issue and they promised that someone would come to fix it the next morning, but no one did. The issue was not fixed at all when we left. Poor maintenance experience.

+ A very comfortable hotel with great security and service at the front desk. Attached to the Gare Par Dieu but totally quiet. The attendant, Jack, helped us get to a pharmacy replace a lost medication and saved us such a hassle! We highly recommend!

+ The hotel is centrally located, just by the station. The rooms are great, nice quality and spacious. We found staff to be friends friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue with one member of staff, the manager managed to resolve the problem very quickly. Has good bike storage facilities. Would highly recommend.
