− I provided my credit card details during the booking process with the understanding that my wife’s accommodation would be paid for online. However, when my wife left the property, she was unexpectedly asked to pay for the stay herself. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, especially since I had provided my credit card specifically to avoid this situation. Booking.com needs to improve its payment transparency and communication with properties to ensure customers receive the service they expect. A very disappointing experience that has affected my confidence in using Booking.com for future reservations.

Hotel muy lindo y conveniente
+ Habitación grande, cómoda y moderna. El staff muy servicial. Desayuno excelente, no faltaba nada. Y la ubicación es ideal, pegada al shopping Parque Arauco. Una noche llegamos a la habitación y vimos que nos habían dejado una picada con vino de cortesía. Impecable el servicio.
