Pour moi l’hôtel est parfait, rien à dire, je le recommande
+ J’ai aimé le personnel très sympathique réactif professionnel. Les chambres sont sublimes, l’emplacement idéal et le petit déjeuner énormément de choix. Bravo.
− La réactivité au niveau de la piscine concernant des commandes déjeuner trop long

+ Chambres spacieuses et magnifiques 2 piscines dont une pour enfants abritée Hermando du Kids club est super
− Il faudrait mettre plus de personnel au kids club afin de permettre son fonctionnement sans interruption (en ce moment 2 pauses d’1h dans la journée) 1 des restaurants (Piatti) était fermé Le personnel de chambre devrait aussi bien nettoyer les terrasses
