How to redeem
• Minimum age is 10 years • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for those with a fear of height • Dress code is sports/hiking wear, comfortable shoes & a warm top • Please bring sufficient water in your backpack • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will be considered a no show and the hike will depart without you
